Livestock insurance company, Sanima is a public institution attached to the Department of Institutions, Agriculture and Forests of the State of Fribourg. Its main missions are the insurance of livestock and the disposal of animal waste.

Mission
As Sanima’s outsourcing service is in the process of reviewing its services, Sanima is now free to establish its own IT strategy. In this context, Sanima commissioned socraft to establish their needs, analyze the alternatives to the current service and define its IT strategy with the associated organizational and financial implications.
